NCIS New Orleans: Who is Kristen Hager? Who does she play in NCIS New Orleans?

NCIS NEW ORLEANS will return for another season. But who is Kristen Hager and who did she play in the crime drama?

NCIS New Orleans, much like many other series, had to be cut short due to the coronavirus pandemic. However, the last few episodes of season six will instead be featured in series seven of the CBS drama. The network confirmed earlier this month all three NCIS series have been renewed for another season.

Who is Kristen Hager?

Kristen Hager is a Canadian actress who is currently starring in Amazon Prime’s thriller series Condor as Mae Barber.

Besides from this, her biggest film role was in sci-fi action movie Aliens vs Predator: Requiem which came out in 2007.

She also starred in Being Human as Nora Sergeant alongside Poldark’s Aiden Turner.

Her other smaller roles include featuring in shows like Masters of Sex, CSI: Miami, Gotham and Code Black.

Who does Kristen Hager play in NCIS New Orleans?

Hager starred in NCIS New Orleans season four, episode 12 Identity Crisis which was originally shown back in 2008.

She played Adrian Cohen, a high school friend of NCIS Forensic Agent Sebastian Lund (played by Rob Kerkovich).

Navy civil servant Nate Carr was found dead in a hotel room but what was unusual about this case was that on one of Lund’s online conspiracy theory rooms, he was warned about the murder.

He ignored the message as he thought it was joking around, trying to waste NCIS’ time but it was a real message.

Lund felt guilty for not paying attention to the individual who warned him and so was determined to get stuck in and find the killer

On investigating the crime scene, someone dressed up as a wizard was hanging around and Lund wanted to find out if they were connected to the crime.

When he did confront the wizard, he saw it was actually Adrian (Kristen Hager) who he used to go to school with.

Adrian had been the one to send Lund the message about the murder as the victim was her business partner who were working on a gaming app together.

She said Nate was feeling like someone was out to get him and scared he would be killed and that’s why she felt like she had to contact him.

However, there were concerns about Adrian and her own innocence as the FBI believed she was a hacker by the name of Jackal.

The hacker’s online signature had led the FBI straight to Adrian so they were eager to arrest her but after a word from Lund, they put it off for the time being.

While they were together, the real Jackal tried to shoot Adrian but thankfully Lund was there to protect her.

He soon found out the app Adrian was working on was a gaming app where the user could step away and the game would continue as if they were still playing.

After hearing this, Lund realised Jackal could use the app to take over another computer and hack systems even easier.

So he wanted to not only frame Adrian for his crimes but to kill off her and Nate so there wouldn’t be anyone to stop him using the app.

When his plan to murder Adrian didn’t work out, the Jackal had another trick up his sleeve.

The hacker demanded $20million dollars in exchange for handing back control of one of the biggest airports in the country which he managed to hack into.

But Lund had a sudden brainwave and came up with the idea of using Adrian’s software to track the Jackal down.

The pair soon found the real hacker and put an end to his crimes for good.

At the end of the episode, Lund also built up the courage to ask out Adrian who he had a crush on when they were in school together.

Luckily for Lund, she also liked him during their school days and said yes to a date.

NCIS New Orleans is available to watch on CBS.
